As an artist born in Hong Kong and now based in Los Angeles, my work reflects the rich tapestry of my heritage, fused with influences from both Eastern and Western artistic traditions. My journey in fine arts began with a solid foundation in traditional academic training, where I honed the skills and techniques that continue to inform my practice today.

I draw immense inspiration from world-renowned masters like John Singer Sargent, Anders Zorn, and Joaquin Sorolla, among others from the Impressionist movement. Their mastery of light, form, and emotion has deeply influenced my artistic taste and growth, pushing me to explore the dynamic interplay between realism and impressionism in my work. Through each brushstroke, I seek to capture both the visible and the unseen, creating timeless narratives that speak to the heart and soul.
